1. Returns and Refunds
Refunds, when approved, are typically processed within 30 days and will be issued to your original payment method.
If you need assistance with a return or refund related to your e-bike or mountain bike purchase, our support team is available to help guide you through the process.
1.1 Non-Defective Products
All Sales Final:
We do not accept returns for non-defective items.
This policy applies to all electric bikes, mountain bikes, and accessories once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
Note:
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your region.
1.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If your VoltMotions product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return, repair, or replacement.

Available resolutions (after verification):
- Repair of the defective component
- Replacement of parts or full product replacement
- Refund of the purchase price (where applicable)
Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval.
2. Inspection & Verification Process
All return or defect claims must be reviewed and verified by our team.
To assess your issue, we may request:

3. Non-Eligible Returns

4. Final Sale Policy & Exchanges
All products are considered final sale unless defective upon arrival.
We do not offer exchanges for non-defective e-bikes or mountain bikes once shipped.

Any manufacturer warranty provided with your VoltMotions product is in addition to your legal rights.
