VoltMotions Warranty Policy

At VoltMotions, we are committed to delivering high-performance electric bikes, mountain bikes, and cycling equipment built for durability, reliability, and everyday use. Every product we supply is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, giving our customers and dealer partners confidence in every purchase.

Whether you are purchasing a commuter e-bike or an off-road mountain bike, VoltMotions stands behind the quality of its engineering and manufacturing standards.

Warranty Coverage (All Products)

All VoltMotions products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty, including:

  • Electric Bikes (E-Bikes)
  • Mountain Bikes (MTB Models)
  • Frames and structural components
  • Battery systems and electrical drive units
  • Motors, controllers, and integrated electronics
  • Pedal assist systems and drivetrain components

Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.

What Is Not Covered

The VoltMotions warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or improper riding conditions
  • Improper assembly or failure to follow provided instructions
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or part replacements
  • Commercial misuse beyond intended cycling applications
  • Environmental damage such as water submersion, fire, or extreme weather exposure
  • Incorrect maintenance or lack of regular servicing

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty request, please contact our support team at:

Include the following details:

  • Full name and order number
  • Product model (e-bike or mountain bike)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

Once received, our team will review your claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. This may include repair, replacement parts, or full product replacement, depending on the issue.

Proof of Purchase & Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all claims.

VoltMotions reserves the right to assess each claim individually to ensure fair and appropriate resolution.
