We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all electric bikes and mountain bikes ordered through our store, dealer network, or dropshipping program. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Our Commitment
At VoltMotions, we prioritize transparency and consistent communication throughout your order journey. Whether you are purchasing a single e-bike, placing a bulk dealer order, or fulfilling a mountain bike dropshipping sale, you will receive updates at every key stage of the shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All VoltMotions orders are processed within:
Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and shipment details for your electric bike or mountain bike order.
2. Shipping Methods & Coverage
We offer reliable shipping solutions across the United States and Canada.
- Standard shipping is free within the USA and Canada
- International orders may include additional shipping fees depending on destination
- All shipments are handled through trusted logistics partners experienced in transporting e-bikes and mountain bikes safely
3. Estimated Delivery Time
All VoltMotions products follow the same delivery timeline:
Shipping Time: 7–15 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: 10–20 business days
This applies to all electric bikes, mountain bikes, and dropshipping orders, regardless of model or configuration.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the processing stage.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing begins for your e-bike or mountain bike order, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
